If you want your course to be hosted for download from
MoodleCommons.org, use the form on the
RULES page.
I've turned off creation of accounts because people were using the
site as a free course hosting service. MoodleCommsons.org is just
an archive for sharing Moodle courses. If you're looking for free
Moodle hosting checkout
iteach.org or do a Google search
for "
free
moodle hosting." There are lots of options for you.
